What OrderBefore is

OrderBefore lets you preorder and prepay for meals served at a specific hosted event. Your food is prepared and provided by the restaurant named on the event page; OrderBefore provides the ordering service. Each successful order includes a small, clearly displayed OrderBefore service fee in the total you approve at checkout.

Your order and voucher

After payment you receive a voucher code by email. Present it at the event to collect your order. A voucher is valid only for the event it was purchased for and can be redeemed once.

Refunds

• You can cancel for a full refund — including tax and the OrderBefore fee — any time before the event’s ordering deadline, using the manage link in your confirmation email, as long as your voucher has not been redeemed.
• If the restaurant cancels an event, every paid, unredeemed order is refunded in full automatically.
• Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Square and typically appear within a few business days.
• After the ordering deadline or after your voucher is redeemed, refunds are at the restaurant’s discretion — contact the restaurant or orders@orderbefore.app.

Food and allergens

Menu items, availability, and pricing are set per event by the restaurant. If you have allergies or dietary requirements, contact the restaurant before ordering.
