Order questions and refunds

Start with the manage link in your confirmation email — it shows your order and, when eligible, lets you cancel for a full refund without waiting on anyone.

Email support

For anything else — a problem with an order, a refund question after the ordering deadline, or account help — email orders@orderbefore.app and include your voucher code or the email address you ordered with.

Event-day questions

Staff at the event can look up your order by voucher code or email and help on the spot.
